How TTT handles website, contact, and Free Snapshot information.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit through website forms, including name, email, company, role, staff count, tools used, manual workflow pain, and message content.


How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, prepare Free Snapshots, qualify fit, improve our services, and communicate about next steps.


Free Snapshot data boundary

Do not submit passwords, credentials, patient records, financial records, legal records, HR discipline records, or confidential client files through public forms. The Free Snapshot does not require tenant admin access.


Sharing and subprocessors

Form submissions may be routed through approved systems used by TTT for intake, automation, email, analytics, and hosting. Production processing for paid work is governed by the SOW/DPA.


Retention and deletion

Free Snapshot intake information is retained only as long as needed for evaluation, follow-up, proof tracking, or legal/business records. You may request deletion by contacting TTT.
