Yes. Many of our clients have little or no internal IT capacity. The discovery call does not require technical knowledge. We ask plain-language questions about how your organization works and what tools you use.
Most existing IT providers are focused on helpdesk and uptime. The assessment specifically reviews identity governance, access lifecycle, and compliance posture — areas that most helpdesk contracts do not cover. The report gives you an independent view of your security posture.
Onboarding is structured across four phases and typically takes 3–5 weeks depending on organization size and tier selected. The first monthly governance report is delivered at the end of Phase 4.

Our minimum engagement is 15 users. If your organization is smaller, we can still conduct the assessment and advise you — but our recurring service model is designed for 15+ user environments.
